The Flopper Pond in Fortnite is a small pond and it is located to the north-west, past Slurpy Swamp and Weeping Woods. So, you are able to find it directly east of Holly Hedgs and south of Sweaty Sands. In the map, the point of this location is C4/ C5. Flopper Pond has a house, a dock and a pond. Based on Fortnite Wiki in Gamepedia, Flopper Pond was added to the Battle Royale map in the Chapter 2 Season 1.
In the Flopper Pond, there is a fascinating small house on a pond, a small fishing dock, a boat in the water and you can say that it is a little slice of heaven. This place is an awesome location since despite the fascinating scenery, it is really smack in the center of the map. In the house, you may be able to find a weapon or two. However, if you want anything to make yourself combat-ready, you will have to go to either Holly Hedges or Salty Springs. You are able to fish there. This is a friendly sniper area so if you decide to fish there and see what comes up, you can expect to die pretty quickly.
Location Of The Boat Launch
You will find the Boat Launch location is the south-east of Misty Meadows near the snowy mountain top with the cabin and the zipline. The boat is on the edge of a hill with a camera pointing towards it.
Location Of The Coral Cove
Coral Cove is located in the north west of Sweart Sands on the edge of the map. It is near the smaller islands which are attached to the map.
