Aside from a quest of finding the Mysterious Pod, the Jungle Hunter/ Predator quest also allows the player to talk with Beef Boss, Remedy and Dummy. You may recognize that they are the type of Fortnite skin. However, in Fortnite Season 5, they come as the Fortnite NPC that you should find and then talk to them.
Of course, to talk to them, the first thing that you should do is to find where they are located. We think that it’s pretty hard to find them even if you don’t have a clue of the location. Talk with Beef Boss and Remedy, Here’s for the Tutorial!
Beef Boss, Remedy and also Dummy are the Fortnite NPC which are scattered throughout the Fortnite island. We guarantee you will get easier to complete this quest even if you have already clocked a ton of hours in Fortnite Season 5. In this season, you will find the guide of NPC’s location.

Here’s how to find the Beef Boss, Remedy and also Dummy!
- Beef Boss Location
In order to talk with Beef Boss, make sure that you are in his location. To note, Beef Boss will be found in two different locations. His major location is the Durr Burger restaurant which is located west of Weeping Wood. Here, you will easily find the building on the top along the road from Weeping Woods to Holly Hedges.
However, if you cannot find Beef Boss at Durr Burger restaurant, you can try to find him at Durr Burger food truck east of Stealthy Stronghold. It is a much smaller location than the Durr Burger restaurant. So, we think it will be a bit harder to find him. But, keep finding him outside of the Stronghold walls along a dirt path.
Once you find him, you surely can start talking to him. That’s a complete quest. You can then be asked to find Remedy in different locations.
- Remedy Location
Remedy will spawn in two different locations. Her major location is a lone house northeast of Pleasant Park which sits on a hill. Additionally, she can be found in the brick house to the east of those two locations. The house is near the Durr Burger food truck where Beef Boss is located. Remedy can also be located roaming around inside the house.
The secondary location of Remedy is Craggy Cliffs. In this location, she is hanging out in a building near the road on the southern edge of the area. Of course, you have to see the dialogue bubble icon which denotes an NPC’s location from outside.
Once you find her, you surely can start talking to her. The second quest is successfully completed. You can then be asked to find Dummy in a different location.
- Dummy Location
Just like Beef Boss and Remedy, Dummy can be found in two different locations. His major location is Compat Cars which is located to the west of Dirty Docks. It’s a POI named location on the map, you are surely familiar with it. If you are hard to find, you just simply follow the road west from Dirty Docks until you reach the river.
His secondary location is southeast of Stealthy Stronghold. In this location, she is hanging out near some big rocks just outside the stronghold walls. Dummy can be found just a few feet away from the Durr Burger food truck where Beef Boss is located. Once you find him, you surely can start talking to him.

What Will You Get After Completing This Quest?
Just like most Fortnite challenges which will grant you some amazing rewards, so as the Predator challenges. The players who successfully completed the quest of talking with Beef Boss, Remedy and Dummy will obtain the Plasma Caster Reticle emoticon. Well, in order to unlock this reward, make sure that you complete the quest first.
Aside from getting the Plasma Caster Reticle emoticon, you can also get other rewards by completing other Jungle Hunter challenges. You will get Banner Icon if you successfully completed one of the Predator challenges of ‘finding the Mysterious Pod’.
