You are able to reset your password by choosing Forgot Your Password that can be found near the sign in portal. Here are the detail steps to change your password if you forget it.
- First, you have to click on the Forgot Your Password and you can find it near the sign in portal. By clicking on this text, you will be brought to a webpage initiating a password reset.
- Then, you have to enter the email which is associated with your account in the Email field.
- Now, send the email.
- In the password reset email, you have to click on Reset Password or you are able to copy and paste the link into your browser so that you can go to the page. Here, you will be brought to a webpage to select a new password.
- In this step, you have to enter a new password in the New Password field.
- Next, you have to enter the same password in the Verify New Password field.
- At last, you are able to click on the Reset Password and it will update your password and sign you in.
If you change your password because your account has been hacked, after you change the password, you should unlink your connected console accounts. To unlink your connected console accounts, you have to choose Connected Accounts on your Account page. Then, choose Disconnected for all of your connected console accounts. After you do this, then you are able to make your account safer by enabling 2FA (Two Factor Authentication on your account. Also, you have to keep your password a secret.
