How to Get More Than 3 Refunds in Fortnite

You may know that in Fortnite, you only have three chances to get refund as the rules explained below.

• You are able to return items up to 3 cosmetic purchases for V-Bucks in a lifetime.
• In case you have returned 3 cosmetic items, you will not be able to get refund any more.
• You have chance to refund purchase only within 30 days.
• In case the item that you have refunded is not in the item shop, you are not able to purchase it again until it returns.
• You are able to see the Self Service Cosmetic Returns process in the Purchase History section of the Item Shop.

So, from the rules above, you can see that you are only able to get refund 3 times in a lifetime and even the item that you bought must be within 30 days of purchase. Since you only have three chances, you need to be careful when you buy items on Fortnite.

To refund, you have to follow the steps below.

• First step, you need to launch Fortnite in your device.
• After that, you have to open the menu that you are able to find in the top right corner and then you have to click on Settings.
• Now, you have to access the Account and Content tab.
•  Then, under the Unintentional Purchases section, you have to click the Submit a Request button.
• In this step, you have to choose the items that you want a refund for and then choose a reason for your refund request whether it was an Accidental, Unauthorized purchase or Item Not as Expected.
• At last, you have to submit your request to claim your refund.
• If it is claimed, the V-Bucks that you spent on that cosmetic will be added back into your Fortnite account. If you want to check it, you are able to look at the top right of your screen and you should see your V-Bukcks total has increased.
