For those who have the NVIDIA video card, you will have to change the resolution in the NVIDIA Control Panel as well. You are able to usually find the NVIDIA Control Panel by right clicking on the desktop and then it should be in the pop up menu. As with the thing called AMD, you have to create a custom resolution in the AMD Radeon settings by opening your AMD Radeon Settings, clicking Display, clicking on Create next to Custom Resolution, typing in the Horizontal Resolution and Vertical Resolution, saving it, right-clicking on your desktop and clicking Display settings, selecting the custom resolution you just created and clicking Keep changes.
