Fishstick was released on December 26, 2018 and was last available 120 days ago. This one is able to be purchased from he Item Shop for 1,200 V-Bucks when listed. It is a very unique Rare skin and is a very detailed skin for the price, and is completely different compared to the other currently available skins. Aside from that, you also get the Saltwater Satchel back bling, that is not standard for the rarity. The real skin itself depicts a Koi or Goldfish that has morphed into a humanoid somehow. It doe snot show up to be your standard no skin in a mascot uniform situation. In fact, the featured image of the skin seems confused on how it ended up in this situation.

Furthermore, Fishstick has received a World Cup 2019 style and this one is available for free to any owners of the skin. It will be available for purchase while the World Cip is going on. Once the event is ended, the style will never be available again.
