- THE ROCK UMBRELLA
The spray can is located between the Block and Loot Lake. You are able to find the graffiti at the bottom of the umbrella. Very nearby, you will be able to see a broken barrier with a “Stop” sign. You have to go inside and find the spray can in a corner by a stack of barrels.
